KRIS SKAAR
Kris is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, a charter member of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and a founding member of the Cobb Justice Foundation. He has taught continuing legal education on the topics of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the defense of debt collection suits.
Kris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 and a law degree in 1986 from The University of Georgia in Athens. He is admitted to all Georgia trial courts, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

James M. Feagle
Jim is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and a charter member of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He has filed and litigated hundreds of federal lawsuits since joining the bar in 1991, with an emphasis in both individual and class action claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He also routinely defends consumers in state court lawsuits brought by creditors. Jim has taught Continuing Legal Education on the topics of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Jim graduated from Emory University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He received his law degree in 1991 from Georgia State University College of Law. Jim is admitted to all the State Courts of Georgia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Justin T. Holcombe
Justin is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. His primary practice area is complex and class consumer litigation. He is a frequent lecturer of continuing legal education on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and has been tapped to prepare Amicus Curiae briefs on important consumer topics by national advocacy groups.
Justin earned his bachelor's degree from The University of Georgia at Athens and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. Justin is admitted to all Georgia trial courts and the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, the Northern District of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and Third Circuits.

Cliff R. Dorsen
Cliff is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and member of the Consumer Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
Cliff earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia in 2005 and graduated with his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2014. While in law school Cliff was a member of the John Marshall Law Journal where his Legislative Summary of Georgia House Bill 99 was published in the Fall 2013 Edition, and he interned for the Honorable Judge Carla Wong McMillian of the Georgia Court of Appeals and for the Fulton County Business Court. Cliff is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

Chelsea R. Feagle
Chelsea is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. She received both her bachelor's degrees and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia.
She graduated magna cum laude from the university's undergraduate program with a double major in Classical Culture and English. It was during that time that she was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. Following graduation, Chelsea received a scholarship to attend the University of Geogia's School of Law. As a law student there, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and was also a member of the University of Georgia's Mock Trial Executive Board. She later was inducted into the Orr Inn of Court. After graduation from law school, Chelsea became a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She is currently admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
